Patrik has an active concert schedule during the summer of 2025 with several concerts abroad.

At the beginning of June Patrik gives a masterclass at Brescia Conservatory on the 7th of June in Darfo auditorium. The next day there's a solo recital of contemporary music in Milan at SLAP- Spazio Lambrate Arti Performative. The concert is part of Milano Suona Contemporanea Festival and in the program works written for Patrik by Andrea Talmelli, Marcela Pavia and Mikko Heiniö.

After Italy Patrik travels to London for a guitar duo recital with Martin Fogel at the St. Mary's Summer Festival in London (Englan). The concert on the 13th of June is held at the St. Mary's Church, on Harrow on the Hill. Fogel, one of the leading Swedish guitarists and now located in London, and Kleemola have been performing together for more than a decade on various occasions in music festivals in England, Sweden and Finland. In London they present their Together Again - Spanish classics for two guitars program including works by Sor, Albeniz, Granados and De Falla.

On the 3-6th of August Patrik is one of the guest artists at the Lidköping Music Festival (Sweden). Together with Martin Fogel they present their Spanish classics duo program at Lidköping's Vänernmuseet and a selection of the program in the Gala concert at the St. Nikolai Church with all the other artists of the festival.
